Project Overview
Market Focus: Poland (Central European climate: freezing winters, heavy snowfall, wet springs).
Order Volume: 240 Units (Residential Community Project).
Core Specs: 50W High-Efficacy LED | 3000K Warm Ambiance | Die-Cast Aluminum Housing.
The Regional Challenge: Severe Winters & Cold Ambiance
Residential outdoor lighting in Poland faces two major friction points:
Harsh Thermal Cycles & Moisture: Sub-zero temperatures and frequent freeze-thaw cycles cause low-grade seal deterioration, leading to internal lens condensation and electrical short circuits.
Cold Visual Environment: Standard cool-white municipal lighting often creates an sterile, unwelcome atmosphere during long Polish winter nights.
Factory Engineering & Custom Solution
To solve these local pain points, our engineering team delivered a heavy-duty, climate-tailored solution:
IP66 & Thermal Resilient Housing: Constructed with high-pressure die-cast aluminum and anti-aging silicone gaskets to withstand extreme temperature drops without structural thermal expansion leaks.
Warm 3000K Architectural Optics: Configured with energy-efficient 50W LED modules delivering a rich 3000K warm-white light, creating a cozy European neighborhood ambiance while reducing light pollution.
Turnkey Factory Assembly: Shipped fully assembled and pre-tested to streamline local installation and minimize high European labor costs on site.
Results & Client Feedback
"The build quality and weatherproofing exceeded our expectations through the winter season. The 3000K warm tone transformed the residential pathways, and we recorded zero quality issues across all 240 installed units."
A leading Spanish lighting distributor successfully reordered 300 units of custom 12W, 3000K LED lawn lights following flawless performance from their initial trial batch. Tailored specifically for Southern Europe’s challenging coastal environments, these fully assembled, retail-ready fixtures provide an optimal balance of structural durability, energy efficiency, and low-labor deployment.
The Challenge: Coastal Humidity & Soaring Labor Costs
Operating along the Iberian Peninsula presents distinct environmental and commercial hurdles for landscape lighting importers:
Aggressive Saline Corrosion: Coastal salt air and high humidity lead to rapid housing oxidation and internal lens fogging in standard fixtures.
Intense Summer Heat: Elevated ambient temperatures degrade low-grade rubber seals, causing thermal expansion gaps and water ingress.
High Local Handling Costs: Unassembled imports require expensive local labor to package, wiring-test, or prepare for site-ready deployment, eroding distributor profit margins.
Factory Engineering & Direct Solution
To address regional climate pain points and lower overall supply chain friction, our factory delivered an upgraded, fully integrated OEM solution:
Marine-Grade Powder Coating: High-purity die-cast aluminum treated with dynamic anti-coastal corrosion protection and an IP65 ingress rating to withstand heavy rain and saline moisture.
Warm Mediterranean Optics: High-efficacy 12W LED chips calibrated to an precise 3000K warm-white spectrum, fulfilling strict European Dark-Sky light pollution regulations while creating an inviting resort ambiance.
Turnkey Retail Packaging: Individual, pre-assembled, drop-tested finish packaging allowed the client to ship direct to local contractors and retail shelves without secondary handling.

We recently completed the delivery of 100 sets of 12W LED bollard lights for a public park project in Poland. Designed with a 650 mm height and 3000K warm white illumination, the luminaires were installed along park pathways and landscaped areas to improve nighttime visibility while creating a warm and inviting outdoor atmosphere. After the installation was completed, the customer expressed high satisfaction with both the product quality and the lighting performance.
Outdoor lighting in Poland must withstand challenging weather conditions, including cold winters, rain, snow, and significant seasonal temperature changes. For public parks, municipalities and contractors also expect lighting solutions that offer long service life, low maintenance, and reliable operation. To meet these requirements, our bollard lights are manufactured with a durable die-cast aluminum housing and a weather-resistant powder-coated finish, providing excellent corrosion resistance and stable performance in demanding outdoor environments.
Before shipment, every luminaire underwent comprehensive quality inspections, including appearance checks, electrical testing, lighting performance verification, and aging tests, ensuring consistent quality before delivery. According to the customer's feedback, the fixtures were easy to install, delivered uniform and comfortable lighting, and blended naturally with the surrounding landscape. The overall build quality and finish also met the project's expectations.
This successful project reflects our experience in supplying reliable outdoor lighting solutions for parks, residential communities, and public spaces across Europe. We remain committed to providing durable, energy-efficient, and professionally engineered lighting products that help customers create safe, attractive, and sustainable outdoor environments.
