1. Material Preparation
First, according to the design drawings or customer-provided specifications, a cutting process is prepared. Then, the dimensions of the raw materials are determined for cutting, and the pre-determined size materials are placed on a longitudinal cutting machine for cutting into individual pieces. Flange materials are also cut using a 100T shearing machine, with round flanges processed by plasma()].

2. Forming
The cut sheet metal, with the specified dimensions, is placed on a large bending machine, where the required data is adjusted and input. The bending machine then works to form the pole in one operation. This process may involve the use of a 15-meter CNC bending machine, which provides high-precision control, ensuring that the pole is formed beautifully, with low roundness loss and a smooth surface()]()].

3. Welding
After forming, the bent streetlight poles are placed on an automatic arc welding machine for welding. After welding, the slag needs to be removed, and all welded areas are inspected, with any defects supplemented()].

4. Polishing
The welded streetlight poles undergo comprehensive polishing to remove burrs. This step is essential for improving the appearance quality of the poles and the adhesion of subsequent galvanizing treatments()].

5. Hot Dipping Galvanizing
The welded poles and bracket accessories are then subjected to hot dipping galvanizing. Hot dipping galvanizing involves immersing the processed steel into molten zinc. The zinc reacts with the steel surface at high temperatures to form a dense oxide layer, thereby achieving the purpose of corrosion resistance. Hot dipping galvanizing has better corrosion resistance and higher durability()]()].

6. Re-Polishing
After galvanizing, the poles are straightened and polished again. This step helps eliminate any bending caused by thermal stress during the galvanizing process, ensuring the straightness of the poles()].

7. Sandblasting Treatment
After polishing, sandblasting treatment is performed, which increases the roughness of the pole surface and improves the adhesion of the spray coating()].

8. Spray Coating
The sandblasted poles are directly placed on a spray coating automated production line for adjustment and spraying. After spraying, the poles are immediately placed in an oven for high-temperature baking. Before coating, the pole surface is sanded to increase adhesion (without damaging the hot-dip galvanized layer). The curing time and temperature are strictly controlled to ensure that the coating is uniform, smooth, and free of air holes, with a coating thickness greater than 86um.
